Background
Up and Ready Flight support began in 2007 as a small group of highly experienced active duty Strike Fighter Naval Aviators began mentoring and training other pilots in various aviation skill sets. Topics include areas such as air racing, high altitude jet operations, safety systems, CRM, aeronautical decision making, human factors of flight, aerodynamics, aircraft performance and maneuvering, out of control flight, type certification, and Warbird checkouts in a variety of aircraft.
